From Nikaah to Reception: A Dreamy Bridgerton-Inspired Transformation at Wildman BT

We had the pleasure of designing a truly one-of-a-kind experience for this couple—seamlessly transitioning their Nikaah ceremony into a reception celebration, all within the same space at the stunning Wildman BT in Chicago, IL. The venue’s industrial charm gave us the perfect blank canvas to create two distinct looks: one serene and spiritual, the other romantic and celebratory.

The couple had a specific vision for their florals: they wanted to incorporate both pink and blue, but without it feeling anything like a baby shower. As soon as we heard that, inspiration struck—Bridgerton. We drew from the soft sophistication of English garden parties, combining lush florals with classic charm to create a design that felt refined, whimsical, and timeless.

The Nikaah began in a nature-inspired palette of neutrals, with floating floral installations and cascading greenery in ivory and soft sage tones. Crystal chandeliers sparkled above, adding a subtle touch of glamour while still keeping the overall mood calm and sacred. This phase was all about serenity and elegance—setting the tone for a heartfelt ceremony.

As the ceremony concluded, our team quickly got to work flipping the space for the reception. We reimagined the room with delicate pink and blue florals that blended seamlessly into our garden-inspired aesthetic. Candlelight was enhanced, a romantic stage was added, and the tablescapes were transformed to match the couple’s vision—elevated, soft, and unmistakably elegant.
